Service Options

We are ready to offer an extensive array of maintenance service options that help customers maximize their revenues. They include not only monitoring of the operation of solar power generation systems and emergency response but also weed control and detailed examinations.
We also offer services that are not found in ordinary O&M services, such as damage insurance procedures and the retention of, and outsourcing to, chief electricity engineers. We can thus provide maintenance service plans tailored to individual customers.

Operation monitoring service Monitoring of power generation status on a 24/7 basis	○	○	○
Emergency response service Contacting a chief electricity engineer and asking him or her for response action upon the issuance of a problem alert. If this does not resolve the problem, we at West O&M will take response action. If this fails to resolve the problem, we will hold a discussion with the customer on the basis of the inspection results. Please note that the Reassurance Plan covers only the first incident each month. A fee is incurred for response action to the second and later incidents in a single month.	○	○	○
Maintenance and management service Managing power plant data and replacing modules within the coverage of the manufacturer’s warranty and visiting the power plant to undertake an inspection roughly once a month	○	○	―
Damage insurance procedures service Taking procedures for purchasing and other processes concerning movables insurance on behalf of the customer	○	○	―
Regular component replacement and faulty component replacement service Performing regular replacement of the fan in the power conditioning system and the circuit board as well as the replacement of any component that becomes faulty	○	―	Extra fee required
Emergency patrol service (extraordinary inspection) Carrying out an extraordinary inspection if necessary after a typhoon or a thunderstorm hits the power plant and submitting an inspection report	○	○	―
Weed control service Performing weed removal work if weeds hamper panel operation and submitting the patrol report	○	―	Extra fee required
Acquisition and commissioning of chief electricity engineers Acquires chief electricity engineers for the customer The OMP Full Package Plan includes the fee for commissioning chief electricity engineers.	○	Acquisition only	Extra fee required for commissioning
Consulting and proposal service on renovation of facilities Proposing renovations of the power plant as needed	○	○	○
In-depth inspection Conducting an in-depth inspection of the cubicle, the power conditioning system and the modules on the basis of the results of inspections performed by a chief electricity engineer	○	○	Extra fee required
Presence in the inspection service Attending an annual inspection performed by a chief electricity engineer, and commencing remedial action to rectify any failure as soon as it is found	○	○	―
Equipment renovation service Carrying out equipment renovation for an additional fee if it is necessary as a result of consultation with the customer, although the contract covers the procurement of the following components: Power fuses and control relays in the power receiving equipment, filters and arresters in the power conditioning system, batteries for the uninterruptible power supply and fuses for the connection box.	○	○	Extra fee required
Submission of annual report Submitting a report that summarizes the history of the conditions of the power plant during a year-long period	○	○	○
